Single mother, employed full time+ in Nanoose, 3 kids (on the weekends). We are a friendly, active little family who spend a lot of time hiking/biking/outside in general. We are currently in a 450 sqft bachelor with no laundry or yard and are finding it to be a bit too tight. We're alright with smaller spaces and don't own very much... but are looking for a slightly larger 1-2 bdrm with laundry. I have excellent work and rental references and the kids are very respectful. We have 2 chinchillas that are caged unless being held or in their exercise ball (they cause no noise or mess or damage!) and no other pets. I'd need to give one month's notice where I am now and don't wish to do so until I have something else secured.... so I'm looking for October 1 or later, under $850 with utilities & internet included, anywhere from Parksville to South Nanaimo.
