Must sell - 1978 11' Frontier luxury camper for
$400

EDIT: PROBABLY UNABLE TO RESPOND UNTIL MAR 16.
1978 11' Frontier old-school luxury camper. Truck died, no way to transport. EDIT: Price now $400 OBO -- when it's parked with a right tilt, water comes in at one window. Probably just needs caulking, but I'm out of time. Edit 2: Furnace ignites but doesn't stay burning.
Good stuff: 3 good highjackers, 4th is weeping. 3-way propane fridge/freezer. 3-burner range. Water tank and pump. 2 barely used gel batteries.
This was a serious luxury unit in its day. It overhangs the back of a long-bed truck by about 3 feet, so there's plenty of room to go for a stroll inside. It has a 2-piece bathroom, and it was designed to sleep 5 in luxurious comfort and warmth. There is also a full kitchen with 3-burner stove/oven, 2-basin sink, a 3-way fridge, and vintage 70s orange pebble-plastic cabinets.
It weighs 1750 lbs plus accessories and appliances; you'll want a 3/4-ton truck. Wired for 7-way trailer plug, cable included.
The electrics are high quality, but are a little bit jury-rigged -- at present it includes a pair of high capacity gel batteries with a charger, wired to power the lights and an accessory outlet. Shore power is wired to the charger and a single interior outlet. A Xantrex power inverter and a transfer switch and charge monitor are negotiable.
Known issues: Gas water heater disconnected from water. Wall outlets are wired correctly but presently disconnected in favour of a single switched outlet in the battery compartment.
