2000 Lincoln LS for parts? in Gabriola, British Columbia for sale

Up for sale is our 2000 Lincoln LS awesome car but there's a problem with the transmission, it began to not shift intermittently. Forums say its probably a solenoid pack inside but I don't have the time or knowledge to fix it. We a are selling it for parts as a whole car though, if you want it drive it home and tear it apart or fix it there.
Its a 2000 with 216,980 kms on it, it has the Jaguar 3.9 litre engine.
What works what doesn't. the timing tensioners were never done - chains are not rattling but they have to be done, the heated seats don't work, the rear view mirror doesn't dim, the swaybar bushings on the front need to be done, never did do the brakes but they are fine. DCCV was changed, aux heater pump was fixed, it has newer tires, about two years old they are Z rated Uniroyal Tiger Paw 235/50R/17 all seasons. The clockspring was done. The stereo is original and sounds fantastic. Mufflers were recently replaced as well. Other than that the car is pretty much stock it has a computer performance upgrade and a K&N cold air intake.
