In Ladysmith. This unit clips onto a bouncy chair to make it bounce (2 settings) and/or play music/nature sounds. We got this with our Bright Starts Ingenuity bouncer (Shiloh) and originally couldn't get the battery cover opened, so we requested a new one from the company, but eventually did get the cover off, so now we have an extra one, plus another that they sent us while the replacement was on back order (which is more of a greyish colour). They both work like new (because they are!).
